Direct Mail:

TCI began managing the CEF direct mail program in March 2004.  Net revenue from mail for CEF had never been more than $100,000 in any one year. With TCI's guidance, CEF achieved over $500,000 in netrevenue for the balance of 2004. This net revenue figure DOUBLED the next year, and has increased every year since. Acquisition mailings were turning revenue positive in an astonishing 7 short months! 

We attribute the phenomenal results to CEF’s excellent,decades long reputation as leader in evangelism to children, toaccurate analysis of mail results, and superior execution of the mail’s art, timing and frequency.  Further, TCI and CEF enjoy trusting, engaging client-consultant relationship of mutual good will and esteem. 

Events:

TCI supports the development of high impact, major donor retreat weekends.  The weekend events feature performance artists, speakers worship elements -- as well as time to enjoy the venueand its surrounds.  The weekends are designed to achieve $1 million andup.

In fall 2004, TCI designed and implemented a host committee development plan that achieved commitments of $759,000 from just 20 couples toward a three-year event strategy consisting of a spring and fall major donor retreat weekends called "ministry briefings."  The net results of the following series of six events was revenue exceeding $10 million from 832 guests at a fully loaded cost of $1.3 million for a return of over 7:1.  The results are due to the same factors as the mail: Client’s reputation coupled with excellent planning and execution enhanced by a superb client-consulting relationship.  It is an unbeatable combination!

Additionally, an internal study conducted by CEF in 2009 showed that people who attended the weekend briefings between 2005 and 2009  increased their giving to the ministry by $3.1 million outside of the briefings through the mail or other gifting opportunities.
