Since coming to Tradewinds Consulting in 2004, Ms. Pilsch has efficiently coordinated multiple fund raising events raising millions of dollars for our clients. These events drew a high rate of return with a high percentage of giving participation by attendees. Ms. Pilsch's experiencein hotel/resort selection and contract negotiation has benefitted the clients with superlatives terms and rates. Her experience in the business world with high level executives has given her unique skills in donor relations and fund raising. She is skilled in each of the steps of Event Development and Coordination, from creation of the marketing pieces, to registration, logistics and hotel coordination , as well as donor relations. Her skill at managing details through the entire process has allowed the clients to stay focused on their ministry, know that their donors will be professionally handled and the event completed with excellence.

Ms.Pilsch graduated with honors from Miami University (OH) with a degree in Marketing and BS in Business Administration. For fifteen years she has worked managing sales and support staff in several high tech firms in the communications and systems integration arena. She has also used her management skills in developing a chapter of an outreach ministry for 150 mothers and their children (MOPS:Mothers of Preschoolers). She is a mother of two boys and lives in McLean, Virginia with husband, Tom.
